NeuroPhysio is an independent neuro rehabilitation service providing specialist neurological physiotherapy to help people recover from a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease or other neurological disorder.

Our expert team can help to guide your physiotherapy programme at any stage of your recovery to ensure that you maximise your progress and reach your goals. NeuroPhysio assessment and rehabilitation programmes are effective and centred around your needs. We provide empowering, real-world rehabilitation that will enable you to maximise your recovery and return to the activities that matter most to you.

How We Work

NeuroPhysio is focussed on providing you with compassionate and aspirational neurological rehabilitation, which realises your full potential.

Our initial assessments are comprehensive and will give you a thorough understanding of your problem and how any proposed treatment will help you to progress. Your neuro physiotherapist will then prescribe a rehabilitation programme for you and discuss any equipment or specific treatments that may be beneficial. As you progress your physio will continue to review and adjust your treatment to ensure that it continues to meet your needs.

We offer clinic consultations, domiciliary visits and community-based rehabilitation depending on your requirements and preference.

No matter where the consultations take place we aim for success to progress beyond the clinic and to achieve meaningful changes in your day-to-day life.

An inner ear problem last July that developed into vestibular neuritis led to problems with the muscles, nerves and joints in my neck which caused nausea, dizziness, vision problems as well as the usual aches and pain. In February I came to the Physio4 You team in despair. Rachel did a thorough vestibular assessment and was able to reassure me that the vestibular problem was resolved. I was then given Helen’s details for the neck issues. She has been a real Godsend. She is calm, friendly, reassuring and professional. After a thorough exam in which she listened carefully to my history of symptoms, she took time to explain what the problem was and a plan for treatment going forward.
